Who makes the products, and where?

Everything is designed and handmade by Angela in a home studio on Maui, Hawaiʻi. Each piece is created in small batches right here on the island.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes, every item is made by hand, one at a time. There is no mass production, so small differences from piece to piece are normal and part of the charm of handmade.

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some made-to-order pieces take a little longer, and we will always let you know if your order needs extra time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 ship free within the United States. Orders under $50 are charged a small calculated rate at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available too, with shipping costs covered by the buyer and calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my order on Maui?

We do not offer studio pickup, but you can find us in person at our pop-up booth at local Maui markets. Follow our socials for upcoming booth dates and locations.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, on select products. If you have a custom or personalized request, reach out through our Contact page and Angela will let you know what is possible.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. Message us through the Contact page to start a return.

How do I care for my handmade pieces?

Spot clean or gently hand wash, then lay flat to dry. Handle lei and delicate items with care. Because each piece is handmade, treat it a little tenderly and it will last.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with the express checkout options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Often, yes. Because we make in small batches, popular pieces sell out and then come back. Join our email list or follow our socials to hear about restocks and new drops first.
